SHIPPING:

Urban Emage offers local in-store pickup as well as Domestic shipping within the United States. We use ShipStation for all shipping needs.

Shipping charges will vary depending on weight and location and calculated at check out.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship out within 1- 2 business days and are shipped via UPS Ground or via USPS. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our standard ground shipping option, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time-frame.

URBAN EMAGE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit.

RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased from URBAN EMAGE are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days from the delivery date (online orders) unworn with the original tags attached. You will have up to 14 days after items have been purchased to exchange the item or receive store credit. Damaged or used products will not be accepted for return. Online orders can be returned in store.

All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.

All jewelry items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or used products will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return items back to store.
